Meet the Founder

Natalya Joseph, RN

With almost a decade of experience in healthcare — including six years within the NHS — I founded Renova Practice to bring together the standards of nurse-led clinical care with a genuinely personalised approach to skin and hair health.

My background is in nursing and I trained and worked across different departments which shaped how I approach every client: taking time to listen, asking the right questions, and understanding the individual rather than simply addressing a presenting concern. I hold advanced qualifications in injectable treatments and have developed my knowledge in skin physiology through ongoing training and attendance at regional conferences.

I created Renova Practice because I wanted to offer something more considered than a treatment menu. Every client who comes to Renova receives a comprehensive consultation and assessment before any treatment is recommended. My aim is always to understand what you want to improve, explain your options clearly, and create a plan that is right for you — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
